Help CenterWhen other stakeholders tries to import from the specialist model, the notification "BFT Import Error, could not retrieve Import Mapping parameters from linked model" pop up.
Note: In the January release 2024 (receiver version 1.1.0) there is a known bug of not having this message showing if there is no package for both Revit 2023/24.
This means that there are no parameters in the delivery package assembled by the specialist. Contact the specialist and ask them to define the package using Import mapping and send a new Revit model.
