Try these steps,
<ol>
<li>Check that my.symetri.com isn't open in any browser tab (Opera, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.). If it is open and not logged in, the process is blocked.
<ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha;">
<li>Make sure that the process is closed in the task manager.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Clean cache and cookies in the default browser.</li>
<li>Restart the computer</li>
</ol>
