We have seen that our Cloud Content Browser in Naviate Accelerate 2023 / 2024 shows a blank dialog without any content for some of our users.
Like this:

Solution 1:
- Close Cloud Content Browser using the "x"
Solution 2:
- Rightclick in the Cloud Content Browser and choose "Refresh"

This will solve the issue you are having.
