The issue is an error dialog right at start up when starting Naviate for Civil 3D and after that the license manager is not showing any information and no commands can pick a license.&nbsp;
The error looks like this:&nbsp;

The reason is a mis-match among the licensing-files.&nbsp;
To solve this, open&nbsp;the Program Files folder: C:\Program Files\Symetri\Naviate\Civil3D2024.
and find the file&nbsp;System.Text.Json.dll
Either rename the file and remove the DLL-file ending or move the file to a separate folder.&nbsp;
Restart your Naviate for Civil 3D.&nbsp;
