Message - "A login is already in progress"

When trying to log in to Naviate , the login page hangs, and it's impossible to log in.

 

 

Try these steps,

  1. Check that my.symetri.com isn't open in any browser tab (Opera, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.). If it is open and not logged in, the process is blocked.
  2. Clean cache and cookies in the default browser.
  3. Restart the computer
