The issue is that the dialog below comes up at startup and no Naviate commands work.&nbsp;
The dialog says
"Unhandled exception has occured in a component in your application.&nbsp;
Could not load type Symetri.Licensing.Naviate.Options.LicensingEnvironment from assembly Symetri.Licensing.Naviate, version=XX, Culture=Neutral, PublicKeyToken=null"

This is a result of an uninstallation that failed to remove all necessary components. Uninstall Naviate for Civil 3D again and follow the instructions on the link below to verify that everything has been removed in the uninstallation.&nbsp;
