General Usage Instructions After installing the Outlook Add In you will be able to send existing and outgoing mail to Autodesk Construction Cloud with ease. To get started simply edit your project list in the “Edit Projects” tab.
Import / Export CSV files to easily share projects with others, add new Projects, or remove projects from your list by just clicking on them. Once within a Mail Item you can open the “Add to ACC” tab and any projects the correspondence relates to. Once you have selected the relevant projects, they can be added directly into the ACC correspondence tab by pressing Add to ACC.
Upon sending an email, by opening the “Send to ACC” tab, you can select projects you wish to add the email to, which automatically adds them to the BCC of the email.
