You are getting this message because not all of your application have been updatet to latest release 22.1.6.
Solution
Make sure that all you application are updated to latest version 22.1.6.634. All downloads are availabel on Naviat.com - Product Downloads . That includes both Naviate Accelerate and Naviate Help.
In latest release 22.1.6 we changed to use Symetri licensing 3.x instead of 2.x. Beacuase of that we are not compatible with earlier versions
