We have had a problem with the URLs.json file that is synched locally to our users computer when starting Naviate.
For example you try to go to the "License Portal" from Naviate like this picture below.
Due to that issue a user is presented with theses messages:
We are not able to write back the correct URLs.json file so additional actions is needed.
To solve this problem:
- Re-install Naviate, so they get correct URLs.json file (can install any version of Naviate, URLs will be updated on stratup)
- Or update Naviate with the latest release from last week (this should update URL.json file). I haven't test it using Update Manager, only when download and install
- Or replace URLs.json file on location C:\ProgramData\Symetri\Naviate\Revit 2024\Shared\Ini
