Naviate Cloud Browser not working in 2021 and 2022

Our cloud service for delivering content via Naviate no longer works for Revit 2021 and 2022. This causes the Naviate Cloud Browser to display an error message when opening the tool and you cannot drag & drop or load any families.

This also means that Naviate New Project cannot be used to create a new project with our Naviate templates.

Solution

We apologize for this, and we have decided to instead make our content available via Download on Naviate.com. https://www.naviate.com/downloads/

There are Zip files with content for 2021 and 2022 under the heading
Naviate Cloud Browser 2021/2022

Download these and unzip the files. Then you can use the Naviate Family Browser to bring the families into your project.
